Hog Roasts, Pig Roasts and Barbecues are ideal when catering for large numbers of guests without the eye watering costs of more formal dining.
Our speciality is the hog roast and we are one of the few companys that still use the traditional method of
log fire spit roasting. This takes 4 - 8 hours depending on the size of
the roast and this slow cook process produces a delicious, tender meat; be
it lamb, pork or beef.
Time consuming, yes, but the results are quite special.
Let us not forget to give our barbecues a mention. We use Holmansbridge Farm Shop meat, burgers & suasages. The sausages and burgers are made in the shop and this quaranties a first class quality catering experience. We offer a wide selection of meats,
